Using Paloma in ChatGPT

In a ChatGPT workspace where Paloma is available, select Paloma and ask for a question, such as “Give us a light question for two friends.” You can ask for another question, a different mood or a list of up to ten.

The preview has ten distinct questions in total. Connecting a free Paloma account gives access to the available free starters. ChatGPT may ask you to connect your account when needed. Public directory availability depends on OpenAI’s review and release process; hosting this account website does not make the plugin publicly listed.

Sign-in and reconnection

Your Paloma account uses the sign-in screen opened from Paloma. An Auth0 dashboard account used to administer the service is a separate login. Sign in using the method available for your Paloma account.

If ChatGPT says the connection has expired, use its Paloma connection settings to reconnect. For website account changes, return to Your account. You may be asked to verify a recent sign-in before confirming a change. Enter credentials only on the sign-in provider’s screen.

Plus is not showing

Check that you connected the intended Paloma account, then refresh account access. Plus is available only when the service can verify a supported existing entitlement for that account. A new account is not automatically linked to an earlier purchase.

Connecting an iPhone purchase to this production account service is not enabled. Keep the app and its data in place; reinstalling is not a linking step. Contact support for help with an access problem. This service has no live checkout and cannot charge you.

Cancellation and refunds

Disconnecting Paloma or deleting an account does not cancel or refund an existing subscription. Manage it through the original store or billing provider.

For an Apple purchase, use iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or follow Apple’s cancellation instructions. Refund requests use Apple’s refund process. Approval is not guaranteed; applicable consumer rights still apply. For a purchase from another provider, use that provider’s receipt or subscription-management instructions.

Disconnect or delete an account

Open Your account and use the account controls when shown. Read the explanation, verify your sign-in if requested and type the required confirmation. If the outcome is uncertain or cleanup is pending, refresh its status before starting another change.

Deleting the Paloma account blocks that identity from recreating it. A minimal deletion fence and operation records remain. Automated cleanup revokes only the designated Paloma website and ChatGPT grants; the shared Auth0 sign-in profile and unrelated applications remain. See what deletion covers.
