Conversation questions

Paloma provides approved questions for couples and friends. You choose the collection and mood and can skip any card. Participation is optional; do not pressure another person to answer or submit their private information. Paloma is not therapy, diagnosis or professional advice and does not predict relationship outcomes.

Without an account, the preview is limited to a fixed set of ten distinct questions. Connecting a free account provides the available free starter questions. Additional collections require existing Plus access verified for that connection. The plugin’s available questions and features can differ from those in the iPhone app.

Your account and access

Keep your sign-in details private and use an account you control. Do not impersonate another person, share credentials, scrape the catalog, resell service access or bypass account, subscription, safety or rate limits. We may restrict access to protect the service or investigate abuse, subject to applicable law.

An existing purchase does not automatically establish ownership for a newly created account. Access depends on a supported and verified connection. Connecting an iPhone purchase to this production service is not enabled. Contact support if a valid entitlement is not recognized; do not send a password or invent a customer identifier.

Purchases and subscriptions

This service cannot start a paid subscription, charge you, or change billing. Live payments are disabled. Existing purchases remain governed by the price, trial, renewal and cancellation terms you accepted with their original purchase provider.

Deleting an account, disconnecting Paloma or removing the ChatGPT plugin does not cancel renewal or issue a refund. Use the original store or billing provider to manage a subscription or request a refund. Any refund or other remedy required by law remains available.

Disconnection and deletion

Use the website’s account controls when available, or contact support for help. A confirmed account deletion prevents that Paloma identity from being used to recreate its account. A minimal deletion fence and operation records remain for access security.

Paloma’s automated connection cleanup covers its designated website and ChatGPT grants. The shared sign-in profile and unrelated applications remain. Provider cleanup may finish later than the local account change; the account page shows pending work. Read the privacy notice before confirming a change.

Availability and changes

The service may be unavailable during maintenance, provider outages, capacity limits or security checks. A question may not suit every person or situation. You can stop, change the mood or choose another available card.

We may update the service or these terms as its features change. Material changes will be explained through updated notices or other notice where required. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer protections, privacy rights or remedies for an existing purchase.
